You Can Be Normal or Wealthy.But You Can't Be Both.

When times get tough on the entrepreneurial journey, sometimes we look at other people and see them working jobs, living a successful middle-class life with a happy family, and then we look at ourselves: We may be working a job, but outside of that job we are grinding and grinding to build a secondary income in hopes we an achieve a much better life for ourselves than we currently have. When we're struggling to be successful, which is very common for the first few years of building our business, we may think to ourselves "why don't I just be normal like everyone else?" Why am I always grinding with these schemes when I could be out

drinking a beer with my friends after work? Why can't I just enjoy life after work like everyone else? We may even have others approach us and tell us to just be "normal", or "stop being a weirdo and stop with these money-making schemes", you're making a fool of yourself!!" "Most normal people do this" or "most normal people don't do that".

What do you do when you find yourself in this dilemma?

First and foremost Accept the following fact about yourself:

You Are Not Normal

I hate to break it to you, but your friends are right about you. You are not normal. If you want to achieve financial independence, you are not normal......Writing blog posts and researching keywords is not normal. Reading success books is not normal. All of us here at Wealthy Affiliate learning invaluable online marketing skills and supporting each other is not normal.

You are not normal......You are extraordinary!

Face it! It takes an extraordinary person to spend their free time grinding away at building a business online when most "normal" people flop onto the couch and flip on the TV, or play video games into the late hours of the night.

Extraordinary people do extraordinary things....Why shoot for normal?

Normal = Average

"Normal" people are "average" people. Average people accomplish average feats, live in average neighborhoods, drive average cars, send their kids to average public schools, take average vacations and live very average lives.

None of us here at Wealthy Affiliate are this person. Just the mere fact that you signed up, and paid to upgrade to premium proves that you are not average. Even if you haven't "made it" yet, you are extraordinary and amazing.

Keep Going

Keep pushing, keep trying, keep grinding, keep learning, and don't give up ever!!! Keep reaching toward your financial goals. Never return back to the "normal" life, even if your friends and family try to pull you in that direction. Let them live their normal average life, while you live your abnormal, weird, but extraordinary and wealthy life!
