How to add backlinks to wikipedia?

Recently I plan to add backlinks to wikipedia. There is a Page on wikipedia that is related to the content of my niche article, so I want to add an External link. Because China's GFW blocks Wikipedia, even if I use a VPN, Wikipedia detects that users using the VPN cannot log in to Wikipedia. What should I do?
Is there a third party that provides services to add backlinks to wikipedia?

You can easily do your own backlinks to Wikipedia. Go to the page you want and get the url yourself.
I am not fond of using backlink services. Many times spam gets included and it wrecks the trustworthiness of a website.
As mentioned in the post, mainland China cannot access wikipedia. Although I can access wikipedia using vpn, it will be detected by wikipedia as the VPN IP address and cannot log in to wikipedia to add backlinks.
