Getting Clear on What You Want
For a long time, I was stuck in a rut going after what I thought was the most desirable life.
I thought it was going to be the fancy car and then I thought it was going to be endless traveling.
Don't get me wrong. I love fancy cars. I also love traveling.
I had to learn that some things are more important to me than others and oftentimes it is outside of the norm.
If you are going after this big dream but you can't seem to get yourself out of bed in the morning, it is likely because you're going after a dream that isn't yours.
Life for Me NowI traded in my beautiful Mercedes for a truck to haul our new RV. I could have kept it but following along behind the truck and rv? No thanks. Not again. lol
Now my goal is to generate enough income from my affiliate income to pay for a new class A motorhome vs our pull behind. We're also going to get an SUV to pull behind the motorhome.
Not money from my writing or any other digital nomad jobs - just affiliate marketing.
I was stuck in this thought that I needed to have a certain look to my life to convey the look of success but now I realize that success is what allows me and my family to be happy. If people can't see that -- their loss.
What I Hope for YouIf you are reading this, I hope that you design a life that you love and that you are confident in it. I hope that you don't just do what everyone else says you should do.
When we started RV life full-time Nov 2017, we didn't have the support of pretty much anyone. Now they've gotten used to the fact that we come and go.
The more I release my need to people please, the happier I am.
I hope the same for you.
I'd love to hear from you.
What is it that you want out of life? Why are you doing what you're doing?
I want to hear from you. :0)

Yes Jessica, I'm totally agreed with you. We design our own destiny. I'm sharing the same thought with you.
Best wishes,
Mida
What great goals you have set for yourself. Always amazes me how so many people have no goals for their life and just float aimlessly through life.
Also great to hear how you are losing the people-pleasing.
A great read, thanks.
I really like this part
