Applying the Q.Q.S Formula to your business
Something I learned today while reading one of my favorite books " Think and grow Rich, Napoleon Hill. "
He talks about being an effective salesperson. I consider the information he provides very relevant to what many of us do at WA.
Q.Q.S stands for quality, quantity, and spirit.
Quality
The quality of the content we provide cannot be subpar and done to our utmost ability. There should never be a time to sacrifice quality.
Quantity
The more quality service you provide, the bigger of a reward you shall receive. It will be directly proportional and always will be.
Big brand names like Apple only exist because of their ability to keep their quality and quantity of service above average. You've got to stand out and provide a lot more of it thereby becoming at authority in your niche
Spirit
The spirit of cooperation must lay behind your quality and quantity of service provided. Pleasing conduct is the capital value of your services.
Just thought I'd share this :)

It's a formula to keep in mind all the time when doing business.
And quality is always THE common denominator to succeed in every thing in life (either in business, job, or relationship etc)
Nice share. Thanks
Nathalie
