Jen's Kitchen Must Haves - Going Big
Hello,
My name is Jennifer. I am a mother of 3. My son is 9 and my twin girls are 9 months old. Right now I stay at with them but am going to returning to work here in the next couple of weeks. I work as an Assistant Superintendent at a country club. My website is gokitchenproducts.com.
First off, I want to say how wonderful the Wealthy Affiliate site is. This is the best website building program I have seen. The community alone is fantastic. I have never been on another site so community involved. There is always someone there to help with anything.
My Kitchen Site
I started on my site less than a month ago and it is growing so rapidly. My site is all about kitchen products, accessories, cookbooks, recipes, cooking videos, etc. I have to say it is going wonderfully. I mainly promote kitchen products and product reviews so I can develop a source of income but added the recipes and some cooking videos for fun and to add content to my site. Plus a lot of recipes came from my grandma and I just wanted to share those because most of them are really good ones. I am starting to get some followers and some clicks. I am really pleased with how it is developing.
So far I products such as cookware, utensils, some grills and grill accessories, and some just for fun kitchen products. This week I am going to work on get atleast 3 more products on there and some cooking videos, as I only have one video posted. It is really fun working on my site but I usually only get about 2 hours a day to work. Twins are not easy but they are fun.
My Goals
Right now my goals are to just keep working on my site by adding content and maybe making some money at it as well. In the future, I would like for my website to able to make enough income for me stay home with my kids permanently. I love my job but I am really enjoying staying home with my kids, taking care of them, playing with them, and teaching them new skilss and personality traits. I feel it is important to be involved in their learning as much as possible. And though I do not plan on home-schooling them, I do want to ensure they have a good head start when they do enter school.
