Setting Up My Website
Hey Guys, today i watched the video and read about setting up my website which is part of the topics in the introductory course and i'll be giving my summary as usual, Thankfully we no longer have to spend hours days or even months to build a website
Three Things you need to do
1) Login into your website back office - This is very easy to do and it'll show you all the users you have associated with ur website. To find your website login details,ur username and password go to ur "sitemanager"dashboard
2) Activate and Manage your plugin - when creating a website with WA there are 3 Plugins that are installed in your website that is the all in one SEO Plugin, Classic Editor Plugin and the Kraken Image Optimisation Plugin. Amongst these 3 you'll need to manually activate one which is the all in one SEO Plugin.
3) Delete Default Post Pages and Comments - Every wordpress website comes with a default or dummy post and comment. so to delete them go to your back office and go to post then trash what is there afterwards go to pages and click on trash as well. Then go to your website to ensure that the command you have done was carried out.
