I Could Be On My Way To Vegas - If These Referrals Were Real!

So, I've had a few months break from them, from July to September, then suddenly these false referrals started up again.
Since the beginning of September, I've had more than 85 Starter Referrals, and they keep coming. Just today I had another 16! They average between 5 and 20 every day.
They never upgrade to Premium and they have strange names that don't relate to their User Name on WA. Here are some examples:
- Wilhelm Kiehn - Dear Archie
- Kareem Dicken - Dear Winifred
- Salvatore99 - Dear Mabel.

I'm sure you get the drift.
It is so frustrating because I usually have to open and check each one and unfollow them - I don't want to be following non-referrals.
Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I thought it had stopped after Carson did the security upgrade, and it certainly did stop from July to September.
Anyway, just interested to know if anyone else is experiencing this.
