Is WA still right for us?

Hi Guys,

It's been months since I stopped writing blogs to our website jenbree.com. Our focus has now diverted to my daughter's singing gigs on the street and her Youtube channel.
I have been wondering if WA is the best choice for this (growing her Youtube channel). If so, do you have any advice on what we can do to drive more traffic to our YouTube and Instagram page?

I have some things in mind but not sure how to go about it. i.e. I was thinking of perhaps while my daughter does her singing, i can also help her upload tutorial videos. But I am worried if the tutorial videos might be destruction to her followers who follows her for singing.

Any thoughts?

Thank you,
Jen

You can use W.A. to help with the biography part as well as videos linking her to Youtube and Instagram. What I mean by this is by creating a webpage and list contents about her talents.
For the other part, I'll pretend to be a fan for a minute. If I'm watching your daughter singing her song on Youtube or Instagram, I would be more interesting in the singing part. A second channel linking her singing to a tutorial video would be interesting for those who would like to see it. Remember, criticisms and likes will follow. So if she sings well on her singing channel, her tutorial channel would tell a different story. So, yes, you would not want to mixed them up. All the best.

I did not think about having two channels one for her just singing and second channel for tutorials. We are applying the principles I learned from WA course, "make it about them" mentality. She has so many tutorial ideas, i.e. equipment she used on her gigs, her process on writing music, etc. We are planning to post this on her youtube channel but now wondering if I should separate the two.
My only concern separating the two is is the extra work managing two different channels? Interesting idea, thank you.

I would give more information in a PM to Kyle, Jen!

Only you can decide what is best for you.

We have plenty of Youtube experts here within the community and lots of training on Youtube. What does she need help with specifically?

Hi Kyle, thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I followed other people's advice and decided to separate her from my jenbree.com website where I partnered writing blogs with her with our piano niche. So I created a new website for her breannabella.com. Since then, all my time has been consumed managing her site and social media, live gigs and performances, and posting her videos. Our other website jenbree.com is now on a halt.

Her YouTube channel is now almost hitting 1K subscribers and over 2K watch hours. After so many people asking if she has an Instagram account, we decided to open one for her. We need help on how we can grow her social media following.

I began to wonder if WA is still right for us since we are no longer writing blog articles. My main used of WA now is hosting my websites and I'm not sure if this is the way to go for her type of business.

Thank you Kyle.

HI, I heard that videos are easier to be indexed by Google than posts so she should have more followers I do believe. I am not an expert of this area but your question should be answered by experts later.
Good luck.

Thank you, it's good to know that videos' are easier to be indexed by Google.

An expert came to you.
