The Importance of Daily Exercise for Your Business
It's the weekend and the gyms are back open in the UK after 4 months of being closed. I used to go to the gym 6 days a week before the lockdown and having gone back today, only just realized how much I've missed being active. Of course I did replace my intense exercising routine during the lockdown with a daily walk, but I felt like I had a lot more energy left to burn and really missed the gym.
What I did realize is how much more productive and energized one can feel after a workout. I get done a lot more at home for my online business after I've kick-started my day with a quick gym workout, and you too should find that perfect routine for yourself. Regardless of what it is - a brisk walk in the morning, a swim, a run, yoga, or spin class, whatever it may be you will feel energized and ready to overcome any obstacles the day may bring your way.
So, whatever stage you are at with your online business, get into a routine of doing some form of exercise and you will see a positive change in your daily work productivity as well.
