Quizzes and Surveys
I have been putting together quizzes and surveys for a facebook fan page promotion I will be running in the 19 countries I do business, in doing so I have come across an excellent service provider.
I am not affiliated to this company, just a customer recommending the service to those who may want to use this method.
There is a limited free option, I am using an inexpensive paid option as I fully expect to have 100,000 or more people enter my prize draws.
Anyway I thought I would mention it as someone may have been looking for a similar service.

Surveyhero. I compared this to surveymonkey about a week ago, and the tipping point for me was surveyhero had unlimited surveys with unlimited questions for free, whereas surveymonkey had more limitations on their free membership (from memory, 5 free surveys only). With surveyhero you can pay extra to customise the URL, have a greater variety of page customisation (like background image) and to get more detailed response reports that can be exported to PDF. Likewise, I've no association with either site, but thought I'd share because I'm blown away by surveyhero. Though I haven't used surveymonkey personally. Every once in a while, a Survey Monkey survey pops up and I take it. This is an interesting bell or whistle to use on your site!
