I’ve been here since July 2019.
That’s almost six years of showing up, sticking around, and weathering storms — both in life and in business.

And for most of that time?
I produced no output. No results.

Why?
Because life was throwing haymakers — one after another, the fog was so thick I couldn’t even see the path, let alone run down it.

Then, a few months ago, it cleared. I could breathe for the first time in years. And with that breath came a decision:

It’s time to get moving.

The Problem With People

Most humans can’t sit still long enough to accomplish anything.
They’re constantly chasing the next fad, the next side hustle, the next get-rich-quick scheme.

They argue on social media.
They hurl insults from behind keyboards they’d never dare speak across a table.
They scroll headlines, believe them without context, and never bother to investigate the truth.

They don’t listen.
They ask questions and talk over the answer before it’s even begun.

And then they quit — usually right before things were about to work.

Why I’m Still Here

Right now, that’s my daily reality. The pack rallies around the one who needs it most — without hesitation, without conditions.

And that’s the same mindset I bring here to Wealthy Affiliate. Show up. Support each other. Keep moving forward together.

I learned patience from Tia. She trained me to live in the moment — to turn off my phone, shut out distractions, and focus on now.

Wealthy Affiliate has always been that same test of patience. It’s like training a Shepherd: you don’t hammer the same thing a hundred times hoping they “get it.” They get it fast — but you still show up consistently, reinforce the lessons, and keep building the bond.

The people who win here are the ones who show up when it’s boring, when it’s tough, and when nobody’s watching.

The WA Difference

Here’s the thing about the WA community — we don’t do the insult-slinging, the petty criticism, or the “tear someone down to feel taller” routine.

We exchange ideas.

Why This Moment Matters

Right now, I’m waiting on the results of Mia’s CT scan.
It will tell me where the cancer is in her body.

She’s not worried.
She’s not planning for the future.
She’s living right now — and showing me (again) that’s how survival works.

If I can keep showing up here — with that going on — maybe you can too.

The Point

If you can’t learn to wait…
If you can’t adapt when life knocks the wind out of you…
If you can’t keep showing up when it’s boring, frustrating, or lonely…

You will never make it here — or anywhere else.

Wealthy Affiliate isn’t a magic button. It’s a choice.
A choice to show up.
A choice to learn.
A choice to keep going when everyone else quits.

That’s the only “get rich quick” you’re ever going to find here.
And it’s the one most people can’t stomach.

Through every loss, every setback, and every uncertain step forward, I’ve learned one thing: we don’t get to choose the storms — but we do get to choose who we weather them with. And for me, it’s always been my Shepherds.
