When I was a kid, getting Lego's for Christmas was a dream. I always enjoyed creating them and building them. As I got older and now that my daughter is into them, LEGO has a created more advance sets in their creator series. Some sets can contain more than 6,000 pieces. They can be time-consuming but in the end its rewarding to have created something together.

The best thing LEGO has done is create instructions that are easy to follow which can produce some amazing, well design creations. But if one piece is skipped or one step is missed, the whole thing does not work. You end up taken apart the whole thing or a section of it to get back on track.

Where am I going with this?

Think about each of the lessons in WA world. Each is designed to build your business brick by brick.

What happens when we skip a lesson, skip a step inside the lesson, or get stuck in a lesson?

What happens when we want our business to grow big and faster and we get stuck when it is not working the way it is supposed to?

We started overthinking.

We start telling ourselves:

I can't do this.

I can't figure this out

This is too hard

I'll finish it tomorrow

I'm too busy to finish what I started

I am guilt of it.

It can be frustrating or extremely nerve racking because we tell ourselves, look at what ever one is doing, everyone else is crushing it, and why can I figure out the secret to this business.

LET'S STOP FOR A MOMENT

You are at the point in your business where you are stuck or you are at the point when you just started and it is not working as fast as you thought it would.

Wait, why are you over thinking and allowing yourself self-doubt your abilities

There is a scene in the movie Over the Hedge were Hammy who is an ultra hyper hamster with a ton of energy. The animals get into a predicament where they need to use his quickness to get them out of it. They give Hammy energy drink.

After he drinks it, the world comes to a screeching halt, time is virtual slowed to a crawl. Hammy's is now in control. Hammy completes his task and the world comes back to normal.

WATCH if you never seen it before. Some my need a good laugh.

HOW TO RESTART

1. SLOW yourself down. Set out yourself up for the day. Create list you want to accomplish. If its to complete the lessons, or boot camp training lesson, complete it before you move on. If you get stuck or feel like you can not figure it out, post a question, search for advice, ask some for help, or find a video that gives you an answer to resolve. There is plenty of information. There are plenty you may have faced the same problem or issue as you. There really is no reason to stop. Don't allow yourself to stress about it or overthink it.

2. Build your business brick by brick. Not mile by mile. There is no right way or perfect way or even a secret to build a business. Build it brick by brick creates a solid foundation. Using my LEGO example, some sets take a while to create and can be tedious as heck, but in the end they create some amazing pieces. Again, don't overthink it. Yes, it takes time and can be frustrating when everyone else is going fast. Here the realty, Don't believe the hype. Don't let your mind think it. Any successful business takes time to grow.

3. Take control. Don't allow yourself to stop. When you feel it yourself stopping or wanting to quit. Slow yourself down. Take a walk. Take 5 deep breath's. Give yourself 5 to 10 minutes of quiet time. Only way to stop it, is get things done. Thinking about it doesn't get things done.

Building your business can and will be slow at times.

Building it brick by brick to make it stick.

Learn and grow at your pace.

Don't judge or compare yourself against others.

Follow your heart, find what energizes you, and go out and build this...because you can and because their plenty of us that believe in you!!

Thank you!

Great post Jeff...

Walking slowly is pretty good like a dragon because once you are ther it would be forever. Dragon walk slowly but surely.

That `s a very intelligent advice to follow.

God bless,
