Just be you!
Yes I'm talking to you. Ever hear the phrase "nice people finish last"
Why?
Fear of what others will think about them .
Fear they don't want to upset anyone.
Fear of failing.
Fear of making mistakes.
There is nothing wrong with being nice and being kind.
You'll hear critics say "Being a nice person in business, you won't be successful, your too nice" "People will walk all over you"
JUST BE YOU
Yes, I am nice and I have let people have walked all over me. I have let fear ruin business opportunities, relationship and job opportunities.
But you know what..
I have realized the being me is who I am.
I have learned to be tougher, mean when I need to be, and strong when I have to be strong.
I have learned to obtain knowledge to overcome fear.
SO
Learn to JUST BE YOU!
Learn to get tougher.
Push back on your fears, it is okay to be afraid. That's normal. Grow from it.
People love to relate others.
People love to hear other people stories on how the overcome.
You never know who you are going to influence.
Guide the people with your story and help them become the HERO of their story.
It starts with you.
On this 02022020 day, Super Sunday, Groundhogs day, be awesome and just be you!
Thanks for reading!!
Extra tidbit:
When you want to promote whatever you are marketing: If you explain how you were when you started, maybe it was how you overcame the fear of speaking, writing, posting a video, creating a blog post, (Whatever it was) and explain it in a way that they can relate to it, that hits the heart and puts people into trust mode.
