I’d resubmit it to Google Search Console (GSC) for re-indexing. On your GSC dashboard, paste the link of the post(s) you want to re-index in the top search bar (Inspect any URL). Live Test it and click Request Indexing.

I put the URL in the Google Search Console "URL Inspection" manually and request indexing again.
