Feeling stuck!

I know a lot of people are having this issue, but I can't seem to find a niche!!! I'm in healthcare, multi-lingual (English, French, and 2 African languages - swahili and lingala), have a 3 year old boy, a 15 year old daughter and a bunch of nieces and nephews that I have fun with (hence my YouTube channel "funtime with TJ") but I can't find a niche! Anybody out there who can help me? The rescue would be much appreciated as I can not continue without one. Thanks in advance.

But it can be about hair extension, makeup, heatlth(diet, diabetes...), sport, music, cooking(exotic cuisine, desert, diabetic, gluten free ...)
There are so many ideas. Just take time to think about it calmly. you have time.
