Here's what my progress FEELS like vs LOOKS like over the past 2 weeks.

Today's date: April 18th.

Let's start this blog post off with giving you 2 ways i'm looking at things. I've been eye balling my progress over the last two weeks, and by that i mean the first of April.
The first way I'm looking at what i call progress (some of you may call it progress), and yes, that was supposed to be a pronunciation jab.... anyway, the first way i look at it is "HOW MUCH HAVE I ACCOMPLISHED" since that time frame.
The second way I'm looking at what i call progress is "HOW MUCH ACCOMPLISHMENT HAS BEEN MADE".
The reason i'm viewing this from 2 ways is, I actually have NO IDEA what the results are, BUT, I can tell you what it Feels like!
SO lets start there.

2) Here's what it looks like over the past 2 weeks:

If I strip the feeling out of it for a second and just look at the numbers and actions… it tells a completely different story.

April 1st to 8th, I was in Panama. I wasn't sitting at a desk, nor was I in “grind mode.” I managed to get a YouTube video out for my Earthbound Tours website.

On April 8th, we landed in Calgary. I did a bit of filming, not much, but still moving things forward.

April 11th, we drove to Swift Current, Saskatchewan (fun to pronounce and shaped like a rectangle. It was a quick overnight, family visit time.

From April 12th to now, we're in Saskatoon. And yeah, this is where it feels like nothing happened, or is happening.

BUT here’s what actually happened…

I submitted a full product listing to Viator for the fly fishing lodge. That’s not a post, or content. It's a revenue door getting built and it's in review right now. (Cross your fingers).

Next, I updated backend info on the site and booking system. Again, not flashy… but necessary. It all has to be tied together, and it's a system i'm still figuring out.

On Facebook:

• RV page → 3 posts
• Earthbound → 6 posts
• 0–100 → 10 posts

That’s 19 posts while moving across countries and provinces. I'll take it!

Content side:

• 2 Earthbound articles
• 1 update post on 0–100
• 0 on RVs (and yeah, that one stings a bit)

I didn't realize my last article for that site was March 19th. I guess, when you've got a lot on your mind, you let things slip.

I'm not running any ads anymore, which means EVERYTHING is organic.

Now the part that doesn’t care about how I feel…

Affiliate side:

• 534 clicks
• 2 bookings
• $26.70 sitting in potential earnings

That’s not life-changing money, but it’s proof. People are clicking. People are booking. I'm happy!

Pinterest:

• Impressions up 148%
• Clicks up 283%
• Engagement up 268%

I don't think it means much, but apperantly that’s what you call "growth".

Wealthy Affiliate side:

• 1,196 clicks over 30 days
• 0 conversions

Which tells me something isn’t working there yet… not that nothing is happening. It's been like this for a while, and i'm still trying to crack this code, but it will hit eventually. NEVER LOSE HOPE!

And across the sites:
Traffic is there, same with movement and the foundation is still being built.

So when I look at it like this…

It’s not that nothing happened. I guess, it’s that most of what happened doesn’t feel like progress while you’re doing it.

At the end of the day, what feels like “not much” is usually the stuff keeping everything else moving. Step back far enough, and you start to see it… pieces shifting, things getting into place, even if nothing looks flashy on the surface.

It’s not full throttle right now. It’s more like tuning the engine while it’s idling… not exciting to watch, but it’s what makes the next push actually work.
