Lengthy Authoritative Product Guide
An interesting turn of events: I attended Jays training "Writing Lengthy Authoritative Content" about creating a product guide. I thought I would give it a shot. I created a product guide related to my niche. It took a couple of days. It was quite repetitive. It was not glamorous. It ended up at about 3500 words. It is such that I can continue to add to it.
What is interesting is that after I published it, and it was not complete, it moved up quickly in google page rank to around page 80. Today it is on page 34 and it is about one week old.
I had a comment from someone who said it was too long, I am guessing that they did not attend Jay's training.
When I ask for comments I add a precursor that it is not necessary to read it in its' entirety, that would be like reading catalogue!
Trust what Jay is telling us.
