My Journey Thus Far
Well, I am probably like most of the other people here at WA. I have always wanted to find a way to make money online and live that "earn money anywhere you are from your computer" lifestyle.
My journey began many, many years ago, when one of the first advertised products to help achieve this lifestyle with your computer was shown on TV. It was called "The Internet Toolbox".
My eyes lit up and I ordered it right away. It came with coaching, education on meta-keywords, PPC (pay per click), Drop shipping, etc. Now, I'm not going to say that it was a scam or anything. I just think it was ahead of its time. The world wasn't quite ready for it.
Now, ordering just about everything online is common practice. Heck, if you don't order online, you are almost looked at as a dinosaur. :)
My journey continued, I kept trying to find things that worked. I ended up ordering another internet marketing program. It didn't work, but it was still chockfull of marketing information. So, not a total waste. But, it did not get me to where I wanted to be.
The desire to make money online has never left and I often found myself daydreaming about that lifestyle, and occasionally looking at this or that program, but never buying into them anymore. Probably, due to my past experiences. I felt like, making money online was really only for the big businesses or those that had no conscious or problems making money on the desires of others who wanted to make money online.
Then I stumbled across WA. Now, I'm not saying I'm making any money at all yet. But, I feel the platform here is great! The ability to interact with others, who are likeminded and are in the same boat and trying to achieve the same thing is priceless. The training, the free websites for those just checking it out, the webhosting, and on and on, is amazing.
Now, I probably got too excited and didn't think my niche through too well. Mainly because there isn't big commissions available in the fish health product market. Items usually only cost between $5-10. But, for me, in the beginning it really isn't about killing it with commissions. It's about learning, and building a stable foundation of understanding, that way I can go in any direction later on and feel confident in what I am doing.

Thank you for sharing your journey! I think most of us can totally relate. The great part about WA is that you can start up another website anytime with all the knowledge you've learned! I myself am just in the beginning stages but I am on my way!

It was my pleasure, to share. And thank you for taking time out of your life to read it. I've had all of these feelings about Internet Marketing inside for so long, but no one really around me to talk about them too. Basically, they couldn't relate. They could only tell me how I keep wasting my time. Gotta love those supportive types lol.
I hope you too find all of the success you desire and are able to get rid of the job, and take your little one anywhere you want to go, anytime you want to and it all happens from your online efforts.
