What problem are you solving?

Any business in general is looking to solve problems for their customers. Affiliate marketing is no different than any other business. So many of the websites I see as I browse around WA are focused on the product as the thing that will solve your customer's problem.

Thanks just NOT what we do here.

In affiliate marketing the problem that our customers have is a lack of INFORMATION about said product.

That's our business!

Our customers have found us because they want information. Content is king. Take a look over your site and see if you're solving the problem that your customers have that only YOU can solve... not what the product can do for the customer.

Remember.. you don't want that customer coming back again and again to buy that product... you want them to come back to YOU again and again to find information.

Thanks for being such an awesome community! Let's go far!

Thanks for sharing your wonderful idea......

So true.

Exactly right! I created three sites with the intention to help readers solve specific problems, one of which is product focused. Much to my surprise (not), the product focused one annoys me and I plan to re-write and integrate the information into a different site.

When I requested comments on a post (on my most content driven site), one commenter gave me a site review instead. He told me to add more pics and videos. Sure, maybe after I grow my readership and they trust the info I share.

I guess everyone has a right to their opinion.

I hope a lot of members read your post! :)

Thanks Remy! I was trying to think of something that would be helpful to members here and this one just screamed out at me as I looked around at sites. Thanks for reading!!

No problem, the topic is front and center for me to address on my sites this weekend. Still salty about my 'review.' LOL, thanks!

Thanks for sharing my friend
