I was on my site last night creating some content and today when I went back into my site, there are now suddenly 19 NEW posts that I did not create and they are all in Vietnam
Hi - there is a box in general settings in WordPress named membership - have you got this ticked? This may allow people to add to your site.
WOW...I had a post saying test but I think that might have been from site support because I had a problem with banner codes.
So I just placed it in private.
But nothing this extreme. Sounds like you've been hacked or something.
Contact site support immediately
There might be a backdoor coded into your theme or a plugin. I'd suggest you contact site support to have a look at it.
I experienced this on a site too, but they stopped appearing after I switched theme.

Hi there. I am seeing several posts showing up on my site and they are not writing anything but using a name that is odd. Elohim ?
Not sure what to do about this. These posts are not on wealthy affiliate so how did this happen?
I would contact site support to see is your site has been breached or hacked. Also under settings, general, make sure you "anyone can register" is unchecked.
