Beware of Mink Holes...
Back in corporate America, I remember being in meetings where we would waste time drilling down on useless digressions, thinking we were exchanging value. These were called RAT HOLES. Sometimes we actually realized we were wasting time, but we enjoyed the diversion because they felt good. These were called MINK HOLES. Both types of holes wasted time and energy.
I've just started my WA journey. I am committed to 3 hours a day minimum and I have a lot to learn. I need to keep reminding myself to say focused on the training available and less attention on rankings and growing followers, etc. I appreciate the warmth and value of the community, but if I expect to build a business and bring value to the community, I need to get educated, then get hands on experience in this new arena.
I need to keep reminding myself... stay out of the MINK HOLES. They might feel good, but they are never worth the time cost they incur.

I like that......mink holes. We called them rabbit holes. I guess in honor of Alice. I can still slip into those rabbit holes doing research.
These distractions can really cost us time... and at my age, time is a valuable commodity! I need to keep an eye on these things. Thanks for commenting.
