Conscious Competence - know what you know
Unconscious Competence - auto pilot
What does that mean ? let me give you an example:
we're taking tying one's shoes,
so back when you were a baby you dindt know there were shoes and you didnt know there were such things as shoelaces : you are Unconscious Incompetent
then you see your mama is fasten your shoe but you don't really know how, since your an little infant. So you know there are such things as shoelaces but you could not fasten it : you are Conscious Incompetent
alright we are now coming to the intresting ones
we are little kids now and we just learned how to tie our shoes, so evertime we tie them we be like, uhmm the right one was going up and the left one is... etc. so we are still thinking about what we are doin right know : we are Conscious Competent
now we wake up, drink a coffee get dressed and go to work , huh did I miss out how we tied our shoe ? You won't even remember how you fastened your shoe, because it's running autopilot, you don't think about how to take stairs, you just walk up or down: now finally you are Unconscious Competent

there we go, so what we wanna get to, is the level of Unconscious Competence, with every thing that will improve our quality of living, I am not talking about going home and turning on the TV , throw your TV out !
you got neural pathways in your brain that are used and some that are less used, and it's up to you what these neural pathways are, lemme explain you that further tommorow.
