Hey Hey what do you say? you read the title above right. It's okay to rant. Rant about politics. Rant about the weather. Rant about drama. What ever the case maybe it is unhealthy to keep all that bottled up inside you and not having an outlet to release it. I might not be an expert when it comes to the mind, But I am an expert at getting angry. And my oh my do I get angry. Sometimes it can happen to me for no apparent reason.

But I have learned that the best way to handle anger for me was always just to take a part of the day, drive my way to the junk yard and just beat the crap out of what ever junk is out there. I could take something like a piece of wood and smash it into some glass watching it scatters all over the place. Yeah I am kind of crazy when it comes to anger. But I make it a positive note as I let out some anger in a constructive way that fits me.another way I unload my anger out on in a constructive way is my video games.

Yep, you figured me out. I am a gamer. I tend to use gaming as another way to calm down. Especially when I get to building a new base and everything just seems to slow down. I could even be on a mission in call of duty and the world just slows down for me.

So what are ways you guys can calm down after you get to that breaking point. Let me know down below and I will see you in the next blog.

Hi Victor. I guess I'm the type of guy who has learned not to let things get to me.
Yes, I do get angry at times with the world. Funny thing, since I have been a part of this community, is that I find that there are many great people in the world - all over the world.
You do have to find an outlet, mine is my faith. I do kind of like your idea of taking it out at the junkyard. I will remember that one.
Oh, there is one thing I used to do in the warm months, I have a burn pile way in the back of my yard, where I throw all the branches and scrap wood that I clean up. Every once in awhile when it's safe I have to burn it up. It is then that I place all my anger or disappointments to be burned up, never to be thought about again. It is kind of a silly thing when you think about it.
Thanks for sharing
Ray

Hi Victor, I think you have found a positive way to vent out your anger.

Getting angry is part of the emotional feelings we all are born with. I am an auto tech and have several vehicles on the back lot that are beyond repair. When I need to vent, I have this special iron rod that I introduce to the vehicles. After a bit of breathing exercises, I am ready to go back to work.

I was introduced to punching a pillow by a psychiatrist, but it just did not cut it.

The worst thing is to keep things bottled up. I feel you get into the volcanic stages and that is not a good thing.

Recognize your anger, and vent it out without any causalities.

Best wishes,
Michael

Thank you. And Might I say an intersting profil picture you have. very well thought out friend.

your peace of mind is always dictated by interior things not by exterior things.
