Creating Affiliate Linked Products Faster?

Does anyone have any tips on creating affiliate links more effciently for my website's shop? I have already created more than 40+ links for my products in the shop but I know there are thousands upon thousands of products I need to put in there. Could someone please inform me of a way to create these links faster so that I don't have to make all of them one by one? It's a very draining process.
