Is There A Problem With Jaaxy?

Is there a problem with Jaaxy?
I am using the Site Rank feature in Jaaxy to see which of my posts are ranking in the search engines.
I notice that nothing is showing up for the Google results in Jaaxy (Yahoo and bing are ok)
However, when I do a search in incognito mode for the same exact keyword in Google, it's showing results on the first page.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Unfortunately, I am not seasoned enough to help you with this because none of my articles have been ranked yet. Some of my oldest articles are barely over the 30 day mark.
I hear it takes a few months to get ranked and shortly after you get ranked you will start to see consistent revenue. Currently having nothing going on, I cannot say if there is something wrong with google or not.
I can only assume if all of your content is not yet ranked on google then google must be running slower than expected with rankings. If you are ranked with bing and yahoo then you are 66% ready to concur your niche.
What I can recommend is that you use the data from bing and yahoo to get an average ranking then determine how your content needs to be adjusted appropriately to get it closer to #1 if it is not already at #1.
