Combining sites
I combined 2 sites and after 30 days deleted the older site. I removed a bunch of tags and replaced with just the new tag and Monster insights tag. I have on my site photos that are good. But at the top has my original photo the large pic of my site and in that has the name printed of the site that I combined. Should I place tags for that, or I think it's all connected to the site as is. I have been getting more traffic since I did the removing of tags, and the new site has all tags to it but the name within my site photo. So, I only have 2 tags on every page. Would like opinion's if it sounds correct or not.

Make sure that the image is properly tagged and optimized for search engines. What is alt text? Make sure that the tags you have are relevant to the content on each page.
