Anyone here work in the restaurant or bar industry?

Just wondering if any of my fellow WA friends can relate to the struggles of a restaurant job. I'm currently a bartender and sick of dealing with rude people and drunks, the late hours, the long shifts... I worked 25 out of the last 35 hours..

All my free time goes to WA and my other business ventures; hoping to start cutting back at work in 6months, aiming for 3 days a week. Anyway just wanted to get my frustrations out! Just more reasons to keep working hard on my own goals! :)

Jarod, customer service in the food industry is probably one of the hardest jobs in the world. Learning this skill and patience will help you in life.

I am not in the food industry now but that is where I started. Jay

Thanks for the encouragement! :)

Haha, know it well. Worked in the industry for years and I am one of those drunks (recovered now). Keep your head up young man and keep moving through your lessons. Love those folks as they still do tip haha.

If you are here and doing what you are doing, you are on the right track. Remember there is no faith without patience. Even at my age, patience is a tough one but it will bring you through all sorts of calamity.

Keep plugin.

Thanks so much! All my coworkers look down on me because I won't drink with them every night. I go home, work on WA, and invest the money I made in stocks instead of wasting it on booze! :)
