Good Morning Happy Friday
Good morning, Happy Friday. Hope everyone has a good Friday and a wonderful weekend.
I have been planning on a trip with grandkids to Ichetucknee Springs in Florida for over a month now. The video call last night while at the ER again, so sad of the grandkids crying asking me to get better so we can enjoy the trip.
The ER doctor wouldn't do anything, said if I can wait until Monday as scheduled to have the surgery done it would be better as Dr. Christmas is really good and its one day surgery no over night staying. So the ER sent me home with prescription of Tramadol and Antimycin (don't know if that is spelled right but it is antibiotic. These is only way get a little relief from the pain so can do little each day with activity.

Tomorrow Saturday
Tomorrow, I will try go the springs with my daughter and grandkids but just not have tramadol in my system to try keep other things from happening. I just won't do the diving in the Blue Hole, just take in the beauty of the nature trails, and relax on a tube floating down the river.
I made a comment over video chat last night, that we just have make sure a gator doesn't try get in tube with us. The kids say Nana, the gators are scared and run. Not all of them, some can be scary come towards you in the water.
Ichetucknee Springs-FloridaIchetucknee Springs-Florida is a poplar tourist attraction during the summer months, to be able make sure we the first 750 people we got get there early.
I have my travel blog, building back up since I came back. Believe this would be awesome experience to show my travel blog followers. Take pictures and videos of the beauty, tell a wonderful story through my eyes for curious travelers.
July Plans pushed back to September
Original July Plans was to fly to Baltimore visit Uncle, Cousin and explore Washington DC as a tourist this time instead of passing through working. This trip pushed back till September until good bit of health issues are addressed and taken care of. My primary physician knows of the plan, and really getting the ball of things rolling fast as she can.
In the summer its hard to get in doctors quickly, as they are so booked and appointments 2 or 3 months out.
Am being told that when the gallbladder is removed Monday I will feel a lot better like a new woman (I hope so). Right now the pain comes and goes, but when the pain sets in upper abdomen, through your back in between shoulder blades and arms, I taught was having heart attack. When this pain starts like this I don't play around call an ambulance or have family member drive me to hospital.
Anyway, who else has family trip plan this weekend?
Every day we been getting a lot of rain for two weeks straight some with bad lightning, but weather apps show it supposed to be sunny day tomorrow (I sure hope so).
Not sure about Ichetucknee Springs-Florida, Google it, it's a very beautiful spring.

I hope you get some great images, and enjoy at least a part of your plans, and hopefully, your health will improve sooner rather than later, Jannette!
Jeff🙏🙏🙏
You should be able to get some great pictures of the kids enjoying the Springs - always great for a travel post! Enjoy all that you can, and count down the hours until things on Monday makes everything so much better.
I really like that you have a caring doctor. I disagree with him waiting till Monday as gall bladder issues are nothing to play with. I actually just had a kidney stone for a month, that I believe passed out of my system. The pain was so annoying. But I drunk plenty of water and cranberry juice and yesterday I woke up to no pain.
I unfortunately can not travel as Louisiana just had some nasty weather come through here and it knocked out almost 95% of northern Louisiana power grid.
We was in the dark for 5 days with triple digit heat wave. No fun 😕. I’m sure that spot your are going to in florida is beautiful. I had a few friends who went there. I just haven’t 🤷🏾♀️.
But glad that you are getting the gall bladder remove and are getting better. Take everything day by day Janette.
I understand the concerns of weather, have been watching the weather all over the US as family in Tennessee, Texas, Missouri, and Alabama. It's rough, just last night watch news about Littleton Colorado where we used to go to pick up space equipment from gateway to space station and lab take to Florida. They are getting a lot of wind and rain as well, that lightning scares me.
My husband works in construction, and he hasn't worked in two weeks because of the weather. He supposed to get unemployment for the days not able to work but the state not getting in no hurry.
I hope you continue to stay safe, and do you have a backup generator? We keep two and my husband just tested them out as its hurricane season, and we never know when we get hit with power outages.
We don't wait until last minute, always start buying bottles of water, canned food, whatever is needed in case of power outages.
No we couldn’t find a generator for miles! A few of my church members had to go way to Texas to purchase one for our church.
It so bad right now but northern Louisiana is recovering. Many of those with out power (some 700,000 citizens) lost all of our food. Water and Ice became hard to find. Even the stores had throw out “All of their frozen food products” All of it. I have never seen it this bad.
I was in between checks and was going to purchase food like normal. But when the storms hit, it put me out of work.
There’s plenty of dry goods down here just no ice and barely water. Our hospitals are on generators here and are housing some citizens who still are with out power.
I can’t figure out what Kind of heat wave we had. Because it felt completely un-natural and out of the ordinary. Weird. But we are surviving. When I get my first check I am stocking up on all can goods water and will search for a generator that I can afford lol 😂

No family trip on my end, Janette.
When I had my gallbladder taken out, I have not had any of that pain since then.
Good Fortune
