A Small Business Keeps Upsetting Me.

In April, I purchased Ceramic Bisque Tomahawk to paint as painting helps me relax. Well after a month of no updated order information, I started looking for phone number to call this business. I found the phone number through PayPal, when I called the voicemail greeted me with saying" I don't feel like answering the dang phone and don't call back). I immediately grew concern, but still left kind message inquiring about my order.
This lady who owns this business ignored the communication sent to her through contact forum, and only reached out through text after filing a complaint through PayPal. The text messages she was sending were disturbing, mean, and bragging about how PayPal will rule in her favor no matter what. Two days later, she responded to PayPal complaint with a tracking number.
This seller continues to send text messages, saying I'm fake and my family with very mean belittling messages that made me cry. However, I let her keep on without me responding to her text until yesterday. While sitting in doctor's office a text message came in again from this seller, told you and your fake family with curse words that PayPal will rule in her favor.
I couldn't see why the text came in yesterday until got home and the package was at my door. PayPal wasted no time ruling in this sellers' favor, didn't even give me a chance to expect the package and make sure not broken (which thankfully wasn't).
This is a experience I never would like to go through again. So here are some tips for everyone from my experience.
Avoid PayPal
PayPal doesn't care about their customers anymore they are only out for the sellers and them collecting their fees. I shouldn't have been put through the rigger like this no matter what.

Another reason I say avoid PayPal; you have no chance of fighting with any type of sellers with PayPal sellers. Even digital services, sellers can collect your money and when you file a complaint about the seller being a fraud with evidence they still rule in the favor of the seller.
As A Seller, Small or large be Nice to your customers
If your a seller of any type of business rather physical products or digital be nice to your customers as can lead to bigger sales. My sale with the company was below $100, like always do my first order is always small to test out the business and see how fast they communicate address customer concerns.
This website lost me as a customer, as my family had planned on ordering lots more as so many options for ceramics was available on her website. I cannot post the text messaging this seller sent as too much bad words and hurtful remarks about my family that are disturbing.
Leave Reviews about Your Experience
No matter your experience with a business, leave reviews.

The first picture is followed up link sent to me this morning to leave a review which was 1 star and she doesn't even deserve one star. I left a review on three review websites and BBB about the treatment customer service I received about enquiring about my order.
Responding to Customer Inquiring in Polite Manner
Here is a rule of thumb I like to follow. Treat everyone how you would like to be treated. When you purchase something online, you would like to be responded to in a kind professional manner, I apply the same attitude to your own customers when they reach out about their concerns.
As this experience I went through, hope I never have to experience again. Now, I am being told her contact the police as the text message this morning threaten to do harm to my family and bragging about how she knows where i live as she has my address where item was delivered. It is kind of like am dealing with a child or a terrorist.
Overall, its hurtful and disturbing.
