In the USA Thomas Jefferson is known as a great man He was the author of our Declaration of Independence. He was our 3rd president. He was a public servant for many years of his life.
What many of us are not aware of is that Thomas Jefferson failed at many things many times during his life. He tried to make wine, but failed. He tried to grow many crops, but failed. He tried to invent many things, but failed. The list goes on with the many things that Thomas Jefferson tried and failed at.

But what is most impressive is that despite numerous failures in his lifetime he acknowledged when something wasn't working or wasn't the best idea, modified when needed or moved on to the next thing that might work or might be successful.
We need to be like Thomas Jefferson. Have a plan. Put that plan into action. Evaluate that plan for success. Modify the plan where needed. Move on when needed to the next thing that may be successful. If the plan or idea is working tweak it to make it even better.
Like Thomas Jefferson we need to be brave and try new ideas. We need to keep going and keep trying new things, knowing that we will not be successful at everything. But in failing and trying again we will find those things that do work and are great.
Keep building and trying new things until you find your success.
