If you don't know it you should ask. What is obvious to others is not the same for everyone.

Hi Janice, I have found there is no shame in asking questions. I'll always try to find the answer on my own, but if I'm totally stuck or lost I'll turn to the WA community. You'd be surprised by how many people may have the same question as you. Asking questions is one of the ways we learn things in this world.
