Before I go on, let me say that this is not a cry for attention. It is not a ploy to be flooded with puffy white clouds of encouragement. It is to put into words the thoughts that have entered and exited my mind about a million times. It is for the next new person who wants to know they are not alone in their feelings. I am not the one to do things for myself. I have always been the people pleaser. This has come at a cost. It means that any time I have tried to do something for myself, I quit.
