I need to cancel premium for awhile as my working hours have been cut. If I cancel premium will I still be able to log into my sites with the free account?

If you have your own domain website, you will have 30 days to either move it to other hosting or to make a full backup to use for restoring the site when you return.
You will not be able to downgrade to a free account. However, you can log in at any time to resume payment and reactivate your account.
Before trying to restore the site yourself from your backup, you can put in a support ticket to ask if WA hosting can restore your site. If they can, you're good to go. It depends how long you've been away.
I advise that you make a full backup to a USB drive and/or on your computer. If your site is removed from the database while you're away, then you will have your backup files to upload.

I don't think you can because I assume you are using WA hosting, but you can go with another hosting company and your sites should be fine, they are well designed by the way. Good luck to you!

Can you direct me to the support ticket location?
I want to cancel my premium membership before I get billed but cannot find where to do that. I would like to remain a free member (for more than 30 days) but need to see that can be done, in writing, from support services.

As per John's link, you can ask support to help you. Just in case you need to do this yourself, it is very easy:
Go to Account Settings in the left menu.
Scroll down to Subscriptions.
Click on the manage link on the right.
You will see a red Stop Billing button, click on that. Follow that process.

I was just released from hospital today due to seizures.. I am so scattered brained that I cant work on computers during my recovery, I will return once my health gets better,

This can not be done in wordpress you may have done this in google webmaster tools. Go to your google webmaster tools click on search traffic and then click International Targeting and you should see what your looking for.

Why does the Pin It button disappear when I try to click on it. It will work sometimes but not all the time and it is not showing up on mobile device at all?

I think this is all normal behavior...
It is normal that the pintrest button does not appear on mobile, cause you probably did not install a pintrest extension for mobile (don't know if it exists) and the pintrest icon does disappear very quickly, you are correct, but that's also default behavior...
Maybe you can set this a little longer in the extension settings of pintrest. But I cannot check this now
