How to train patience?

Writtning and making website can be messy process, and sometimes it´s not ideal.

Maybe a lot of you, are saying to yourself - be patient. Or I need a little patiency. Or I need more patiency. Or I need some patiency.

Be patient in everything. Love, business, spirituality, to yourself.

Is patience a virtue?

In school nobody though as, how to train yourself to be less impulsive and more patient in general. (Maybe this will be one of the Classes in the future, who knows?) My oldest son has this problem too, but he has 4 years, and I´m training him as well.

Do I have a patience? It depends.

I have noticed in several posts, that almost main advice about online buisness is - be patient.

Here are some my thoughts.

1. Find distraction -if you are too long in front of computer, go for a walk, take a glass of water, do some physical activity. There must be a balance between physical and psychic activity.
2. Thankfulness - take a time out to notice all the good things that life offers you.
3. Say to yourself "This is merely uncomfortable, not intolerable".
4. Breathe- sometimes I feel that deep breathing is answer on everything. There are so many methods of breathing. Today breathing is whole science.
5. Be patient with your patience. Patience requires a change of attitude. Change of perspective.

Feel free, to share with me, your own personal patience tricks or tips.

Feel free to exercise every day your patience. Who knows maybe, you will lose some weight, too.
