Back To School And Back To Work.I Hope!
Well, today was supposed to be my son's first day back to school. SUPPOSED to be...it will now be two more days before school starts. I was doing some last minute school shopping yesterday and received a phone call from the school. The start of school was delayed due to a mold issue. They are doing major cleaning for obvious health concerns.
Anyway, it has been a very long summer break for my son and I. He is looking forward to going back to school and mommy is looking forward to getting back to work here! I just haven't had the time to accomplish very much over the summer. I realize everyone has their time struggles. Everything is normally a battle against time for me, but this summer has been one HUGE time struggle above the "normal"! It has really bothered me to have to put my website on the back burner. But I hope to get back into the swing of things very soon!
My best time to work is when he is at school. I can clear my mind and focus better, without so many distractions. There is so much I need to work on and a lot of changes I want to make. I feel like I just got started in a way; then I already had to take a break.
I will be glad to have more time soon to get back at this. I really have missed being able to work on my website. My site is in poor condition at the moment, but I hope to bounce back SOON!
Over the summer one of my posts was on page 2 of Google. I was really excited about that!!!! Since then my rankings went downhill because of lack of time. But I know I will recover and improve. I have faith that things will turn around and come out better than ever.

Hi Jamie I know exactly what you mean. I joined up in late June I think and I haven't been able to give it my all. I feel guilty when I sit down to work during the day so I tried getting up at 6.30am and that helped for a while, I got about two hours work done before the first one got up - but for some reason I don't hear the alarm anymore so thats the end of that.
My rankings seem to go up for a few days and then down again because I'm just not getting the posts published fast enough. But all that's going to change from September 1st. It will be onwards and upwards for all us mothers very soon!

Yea, I did the get up earlier thing too to get a little work in. The alarm works fine....us mothers are just too tired to hear it!
