Read the Reviews First Before You Download

A desired plugin may seem all it’s cracked up to be until you try it out. Save yourself the hassle and read the reviews. Just like if you are purchasing something on Amazon you see what people have to say about the product. The same goes for plugins.

Another thing to look for is how often there are updates. If the plugin you are interested in hasn’t been updated in over a year it may not be compatible with the latest version of Wordpress.
