The Fear We Must Manage

Why is becoming successful in business intimidating to so many of us? Jumping into our business ventures is the largest challenge that most of us face. The obvious hurdles we must face is NOT the reason we cannot or will not get started. We may tell ourselves that, but what we are really afraid of is the UNCERTAINTY of starting our very own business, and so we dream all day about launching a successful business of our own but can’t seem to find motivation.

What we need to do to find that motivation is learn how to manage our own fears. The reason I use the term “manage” is to say that fear will always be there, it’s ingrained in the human thought system. There are folks who have started and succeeded at affiliate marketing and at the same time they won’t leave their job. Why? They still have a huge fear of failure.

Here they are earning twice as much money as they are on the job and they will not leave it because it’s their “security”. When, if they left their job and put that time into their online business, they would expand their horizons to millionaire status! So, as for me I am here to overcome my fears!

As for Me… I Shall Overcome

I feel as though I am on my way to a solid business foundation and that is noble, but it is only the beginning of the road if I want to be successful and I know it. My true test of fearlessness in my online business endeavor will be to manage my fear on a constant basis. I will fail! I have accepted this! I know that with every failure comes an abundance of knowledge that has been accumulated! To overcome that failure and jump back into the game and overcome the fear that has arisen because of that failure is fear management!

We as fearless entrepreneurs will have to overcome our fears at every turn. We will have to initiate conversions with our network. We will have to indorse ourselves along with the product or service we promote. We will have to sever ties with those who seem intent on holding us back for whatever reason. Let us remember Thomas Edison failed many times before he designed his light bulb! I, for one, will not be afraid to fail miserably… I will not be scared to dust myself off and try again and again until I am successful! I will manage my fears daily, and this is how I will be truly fearless!
