Hello, how do I access Jaxxy? I am at the section of the training where I am learning to use it. I clicked the research tab and then the Keyword Research link and it opens Jaxx
have you gone into your account settings and in the top right corner is the linking to jaaxy settings...
if the email address is correct still click on options and click on link another account make sure the email address is correct then save or update....
this may kick start your jaaxy....
Hopefully Kyle will fix that for you soon I also sent him a PM just in case and he will contact you when fixed as per our conversation in
Chat earlier today.

You need to click the QSR manually each time to reveal a figure value, as Jaaxy lite is included with a premium subscription to the platform.
If that's not it.
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.
