<head></head><body><p>As with me I prefer to choose my audience first while I research my niche.  Why? You I have to see what the problem or need that your competitors are not addressing.  Then you have see if their are products or services that will address that need.  Next you need to see if the niche is profitable.  Finally you need to find out if there are any competitors who are willing to share links.  If you can't build relationships with no link Juice then you might need think about a niche. </p>
