I know that there is already a place to share your websites on here that Kyle set up. But that one seems to be geared more towards affiliates in the make money niche. Here you can share your site no matter what niche you are in.

If you are giving feedback to a person's site please post it here in the comments. If you are commenting within their site please make sure that your comment is relevant to their topic. Thank
