Why not put a translation function on your website.
I have one and it shows the flags of countries.
This way if people don't recognize the language of the site they will recognize their countrys flag and so activate the translation.

I assume this is a new post/page. If so this was initial ranking Google gives it. In many cases it drops after that considerably. It may reappear sometimes. Normal behavior. Fluctuations in Google ranking

I get about 5000 visitors a month but barley any sales my website is monatreview.com any advice would be great.
There are two big things you need to fix.
The first thing is that your page load time is extremely slow. This is going to drive some impatient people away immediately.
The second and most important, is that your website is totally unresponsive to screen size. This makes things get chopped off and requires the user to scroll side to side. This makes trying to view and read your website very frustrating.
It's a great website and if you fix those two things, especially the second, I think you'll find that things go very well for you. Good luck!

Hello I need honest review of my website im ranked on first page but barley get any sales and would like a honest opinion if you were a customer what would you not like about my
nice website but as a visitor it was kinda hard to focus on your content! At first it was not clear to me what you were selling or reviewing because of big pics and your font being diffident size! it seemed distancing! I think you should keep it simple! keep up the work!
