It’s morning now here. After completing the morning rituals, as usual I was pulled towards my PC and opened the WA site. What was this? Am I infatuated with WA?
The first link in my e-mail, was a comment given by Mr.Kyle. Yes, I found the answer! It was ‘Passion’? Dear friends, the key to everything here in WA are ‘Passion’.

Someone can be passionate yet still fail in this business.
Passion coupled with LUCK (Labor Under Correct Knowledge) is what makes the difference between success and failure. The ability to persevere (passion, desire, focus, resolve) in the face of what seem to be insurmountable obstacles seperates the winners from the losers.
Passion definitely plays a large roll.
Passion is the engine. It is the force of this engine that drives your desire, focus and resolve and hard work to a logical conclusion creating a luck for you.

This is very true. We must all have a passion for something and it helps others to find their own passions too if we help them find their way.
Like some of the others said in the previous comments, I believe perseverance is important too, but it's hard to keep on going without finding the thing that you're passionate about.
