Are You Using Periscope?
A friend recently introduced me to Periscope, Apple's App of the year (2015). This app is, in my opinion going to be hotter than fb or twitter or whatsapp in the coming months.
I want to start using it for online marketing and I can't wait to see how effective it's going to be.
Video is becoming more and more the preferred mode of communication, and Periscope has leveraged on this fact in a way that makes instant communication even more effective.
The fact that you can connect it to your twitter followers so that they receive a notification on their phones every time you have a live broadcast makes this app the app to watch, and use, in 2016.
What does all this mean? It means that anyone with a smartphone can be a broad caster!!
It also means that everyone with a smart phone is a potential audience for you. It also leverages on your twitter following and brings your followers back to life as you can wake them up with a notification every time you live broadcast on Periscope.
What's your view of periscope and how can one leverage on this groundbreaking app to market WA online. Phew! I'm blown away: in just ten days after it was launched last year, it reached 10 million subscribers; no other social network has ever achieved this feat. In my opinion, this is the app to watch this year (2016). What do you think?
