The quest to longevity has inspired volume of books dedicated research by many institutions including WHO (world health organization) the goal of health for all by the year 2000, was pinned to our study and understanding of the human genes. The ancient answers to longevity has been hidden in nature and natural remedied and lifestyles. You are what you eat, they say. You eat life to gain life and eat dead to invite death. But you must start with the base.

1. Take time to breathe

2. Drink lots of water: at least 8 glasses a day

3. Eat balanced fresh cooked meals
