Second lesson learned - you live in Latvia!
This time about EBay.com. Unsuccessful attempt to join their eBay Partner Network.
From the answer from customer service:
"The most common reason for us to omit a country from EPN is because PayPal does not provide withdrawal of payments in that country. Our decision may not be solely limited to this reason so please also review EPN Network Agreement for additional information.
At this time, this is a limitation of our platform so this decision cannot be reversed. In the future, we hope to be able to support your region and have the chance to work with you."
I have an PayPal account which is linked to EBay and I am using it for almost 10 years. Tried to avoid that by going to Ebay.co.uk, but the affiliate programs are managed from EBay.com and got the same answer.
Has somebody had the same experience? Maybe there is still a way...
