Working a 9 to 5 jobs can be stressful, and it does not allow much freedom. I enjoy taking a way that stress by deep breathing, meditation, and being active. Going to the beach is one of my favorite activities to just sit there in the sand and relax listening to waves crashing. If people don't take time to do this and can cause them to be over weight, have high blood pressure, angry, and just overall unhealthy.
