Building Income Chains - Turning one connection to multiple sales.

It has been a bit since I updated you on what I am doing with my new blog, theBlogMan, and my Skool community, theBlogMan Academy of Content Creation. Today, I am going to create a brief mind map of the flow I intend to explore in greater depth. One that has worked since before there even was an Internet.

What is Skool?

Skool is a community classroom host that is unique in design. It melds forums with Udemy-style classrooms and allows you to sell both memberships and individual classes, and you benefit from network-wide discovery and paid ads that Skool recently started running for all Skool Owners. Basically, they send us new members for a 30% commission on any sales.

What is theBlogMan Academy about?

My Academy offers training in content development, engagement building, and monetization for bloggers, YouTubers, Podcasters, and Skool Owners. It starts with a free membership, which I use similarly to how you use an Autoresponder, to capture audience and turn them into engaged subscribers who come back often to read my rants and new blog posts.

The flow for my community growth typically started when people read Micro-Content on social media. They then follow the links and arrive at my blog, where they are invited to finish reading the post. From there, I offer them a FREE Membership in the community where they can get every future post notification and ask me questions in real time. They also gain tools for their own content channels and meet other members as well.

From there, they are offered a currently paid tier that offers all classrooms and deeper access to content from me, theBlogMan Andy Anderson. This membership is kept under $20 a month and allows them to get the most out of the culture created by the community.

Skool Cost: Be sure to check the site for current pricing. I currently pay $9 per month for the Hobby Plan as I am building out lesson plans. They also have a full membership called Premium that is $99 a month and includes increased leads from discovery, leads from paid ads, and adds tools like the ability to offer my own affiliate program and add moderators and admins to help scale my business as we grow. One of the biggest benefits is some degree of security automation, which really helps cut the SPAM and SCAMS common on say Facebook.

Classrooms

In each classroom, you can do both video and text lessons, similar to what Kyle and Carson have here at WA. You can also, in each lesson, add standalone resource links, which I use to share tools I use for completing the actions in a class. Some of my resources will be like Facebook pages, or related blogs, and others will be tools like RightBlogger and WA, which offer affiliate programs. CHA-CHING! Another stream of income.

I highly advise that you spread out paid resources and find offers with a free trial where possible, so members realize you are not just nickel and dimming them to death but are really trying to help build success.

Imagine this math, though.

Customer starts at a free Facebook Page, gets a free idea and a link to a free article, and is offered a free membership and more free training. They like what they get free and join the paid levels, which will soon have a VIP option at a higher ticket. You can use VIP, for example, to sell personal coaching. In the lessons, they get more great training and are introduced to potentially hundreds of tools, some free, some paid, some pay you. If they too decide to start a Skool Community, you eartn 40% per month for life as well.

If they buy my Premium membership after July 5th, I earn up to $17 per month of almost pure profits. They follow a lesson like this to duplicate what I have done, they will need at Minimum Rightblogger, which pays me a minimum of $24 per month, and WA, which pays a minimum of $11.75 a month commission, and Skool Hobby Plan, which pays me $4 per month.

So to complete one lesson and do what I do, I will earn a minimum of $56.75 per month in sales and commissions. I didn't get there by being pushy or selling anything. I handed out massive free value and gave them community and a boost to their business. They all come back to my blog; they are mostly highly engaged with it.

Summary of results.

I started this project on January 5th 2026. On February 19th, I had Surgery to repair 11 hernias, and that took me to minimal activity for over a month, but I still built a few starter classes, laid out the structure, and started bringing a few people in I know. And started laying out the blog design and the first few blog posts.

It is now June 20th, and my blog, which is 6.5 months old, is bringing organic traffic of around 100 visitors a month. It has 16 blog posts and 32 comments, has made just over $50, and the system has massive potential and a real future.
