My WA so far.
Hi there, I am so happy to be celebrating this point in my progress working with Wealthy Affiliate. When I started I had zero blogging/website/techie experience and I'm so proud of how far I have come.
With each new step that I accomplish I get a new awareness of how powerful an online presence is.
My niche is residential real estate and my goal as I have been creating my site is of course to get ranked in google and to turn my website into a lead generation machine .
Having said that; since I'm a new realtor and I don't have tons of clients or traffic yet; I've been focusing on creating content that has value to consumers. This has been really rewarding. And I've learned so much just researching the material for each of my posts. It's making me a better realtor just learning all of this up front.
I would love to be a one stop shop for real estate needs in Southern California (buying/selling/investing. I'm understanding and learning to use Facebook/Instagram and WA website to draw people to me and to give helpful information in return.

You are on the way and by the looks, a really good combination of goals, Annette, keep going and keep on producing content, it can take time to build engagement, being consistent is one to the keys to opening the biggest locks. Best wishes.
