I want to open website in Hebrew and to use my Prim-um Press 9 them to write from Right To left = RTL.

there are a few plugins that may help - search for rtl and scroll down - one is better rtl support
but you may have to select your theme carefully with rtl text support.
if you have purchased press 9 theme then talk to the designers of that theme for any support.

that does look interesting to get working.
the lower plugins maybe helpful, but don't flip the header of the article and don't change the theme.
have you got in contact with the theme developers

open aticket and ask whether there is rlt support for their theme -they do a load of child themes so it maybe that they can create this support and release it as a child theme.
have you tried setting your language to hebrew and see if that changes your theme
you can find this under settings and language - whether this converts the theme and articles on the site, don't know.
then there is polylang which will translate
if you install rtl tester you can see what your theme will look like with it switched

Go to websites, then site manager, then you will see site plus on the right.
Go in there and make sure all 3 buttons are green and your site will then be secure
