I am writing a post in which I have step by step training with images. All images are related to my keyword. Is it ok to put same alt text (keyword)? I have 10 images, is putti
Try to use keywords you want your potential views to find when they use their favorite search enine
I give you an example.if say one of your images or all of them when click link to anothet post or page, its best to describe what is the link.about.i mean keyword description for your post or page which are linked to when images are clicked.Relevancy counts here as well
You dont want to click on an image about Apple.and links to an orange.
Alt text as what it means is simply another alternative to describe your images.Since google is blind in reading images.
Lastly i share with you 1trick.check out Amazon click.any products with images.on that page go to your browser click 'view source'dah dah...
Alt text also appears for each image.study them and apply to your site.U called this smart learning. So its needless to tell you also you can use this trick to check out your competitors right?lol
3resources for you Igor.first check out peter linsley.product manager of google.second check google webmasters central advices on images seo.its a guideline .
Lastly go www.varvy/tools.com .place your url test image seo.you will be surprised this is great tool for other checks as well!
Have fun learning!your fren jeff
There is a video of Matt Cutts addressing this, it is in my post (link below). So you can use the keyword and then add some detailed description, ideally some 5-7 words. This is the matter of 'good users' experience', as Google say. Namely, people with sight problem do read these alt-texts and such infos are necessary. So this is not only about Google machines which do not see picture, they see alt-text only.

Can I add it to the text widget and if anyone can give me the link to your site where you are using it.
I would like to see it in action :-)
Thanks
Don't know what you mean exactly but you're welcome to look at my site and you will see the link at the bottom of every page.
http://yourownecommercebusinesswebsite.com/
Hope this is what you mean.
Robert
You can also put the link in a widget but it doesn't look nearly as good as the other way at the bottom of an article.
Anyway glad to help and have a nice day.
Robert
Forgot to ask - do you know how to put it at the bottom like I have?
If you don't its easy enough.
When you have a page/post in Edit Mode.
You click on text and scroll down and put your own WA code there.
When you click visual you will see a big grey square (that's the way its supposed to look).
When you click to view page at the top of your Edit Mode screen you will see it at the bottom.

I find this - ghost spam is free from the politics, we dancing like a paralytics - like keywords used to track my sites. Anyone know what is it?
I do get ghost spam which I find very irritating, but I've not yet come across what you have mentioned. Please let us know what it is if/when you do find out :)
Thanks! Neil
I wrote an article about this a little while ago, I'm pretty sure it's what you are talking about. Do NOT Believe Google Analytics
Some information here Igor, and how to block it:

wow - just went to that link Ben.
I haven't seen that one yet. Bookmarking for later, because from the sounds of it I will sooner or later.
Ben, you always have "excellent stuff" - thanks!
... did you by chance allow a rogue comment on your site?
Don't know, but maybe that's it. Never let any "crap" comments in.
I've seen some pretty funky stuff show up in the keywords that google thought might be relevant to my site. Sometimes it's just someone searching the lyrics of a song, or an excerpt from a text book. Why the Google algorithm decided to create an impression linking to my site is a question that probably even Google couldn't answer.

Is it possible to pay my monthly membership with PayPal. I thought that it is impossible except for yearly membership, but few members told me that I can also make monthly memb
Hi Igor, I recently went Premium and received an email from PayPal that I set up a recurring payment in PayPal - not that I did, but I supposed it was done automatically when I accepted premium membership with payment using PayPal. A paragraph at the bottom of the email indicates how this can be seen.
What I have done is compiled a series of screen grabs/shots (see attached) showing the steps by which you can search for the monthly payments. Hope this helps.
Best regards
Thank you Gina, so I need to set this up within PayPal and not within WA. How can I be sure that WA is not going to charge my credit card which is now in WA system? I ask Kyle the same question, but still didn't get the answer.
I did not set it up; it was done automatically when I accepted Premium membership and paid using PayPal. Following the 4 steps on my earlier attached screen shot should being you to the location in PayPal where you should be able to find that it has already been set up the day you went premium - unless you used some other form of payment?
Referring to the screen shot attached below:
1. Note the red box refers to $19 being the first month payment and subsequently, $47 monthly.
2. The blue boxes show the recurring payment of $47 and the next payment is due on 13-Sep (I joined 13-Aug).
So I'm guessing you would likely to be having the same thing in your PayPal account if you had paid for the first month with PayPal. Not sure if it's the same for credit cards.
Hope this helps.
It's not under "Account Settings"; it's under "My Money". Not sure if we are referring to same things so I've attached screen grab just in case.
In PayPal => My Account => Profile => My Money. Hope this helps.
Best regards.
The attached is my WA Account Subscription settings:
1. Clicking "Update PayPal Payment Method" gives me the 6-step procedure on the upper left.
2. Clicking "Manage" gives the details on the upper right as indicated by the blue arrow.
Hope this helps.
Best regards.
Looks the same as mine if "Manage" of Membership (in WA) is clicked on. If you are looking for more detailed info, you probably would have to check your PayPal account. Best regards.
I am just going trough account settings, but I can't find PayPal option for a monthly membership, can you give me some directions?
Can you not see it in your account settings, I have just had a look at my settings and there is a section to update my paypal settings, if you dont have any luck or someone doesnt comeup with an alternate answer here submit a ticket to support im sure they will help you
